We're hiring a part time Dog Day Care Attendant!
Review the Waiver and Release of Liability for Boarding/Day Care or Open Gym/Parties. Hardcopies will be available at drop off to review and sign.
Complete the Registration Form. This form asks for you to upload a photo of your pet and vaccination and health records as requested below. You may also bring these documents in person at your first visit.
For the health and safety of all pets and people using our facilities, we ask you for review and adhere to the following:
All animals must be up to date on vaccinations and health screenings as indicated to the right.
Please do not bring your pet if they have been ill with a communicable disease or if they have been in contact with any ill dogs in the past 14 days.
Our services are not a substitute for veterinary care or training.
We accept all dogs over 12 weeks of age (that are current in their vaccination series) that are comfortable with other dogs and people. Dog must have been in your care for at least 2 weeks prior to attendance.
All dogs coming and going from building, including in our parking lots and unfenced outdoor spaces must be leashed at all times. All cats, when applicable, must be in secure carriers.
All dogs participating in group play must pass a temperament test (for a fee). Any dog showing signs of aggression towards dogs or humans will be removed from the group play setting and may be asked to be removed from day care.
Pick up your dog by the specified pick up time. Late pick ups will be charged at a rate of $15/15 minutes. (Early drop off also available if arranged in advance.)
Toe nails should be kept short to prevent scratches and injuries to your pet(s), staff, and other dogs. Nail trims are available to dogs who are comfortable with nail trims at owner's expense.
Vaccination and Health Requirements
rabies (in past 3 years for adults, 1 year for dogs under 2 years)
distemper/parvo (in past 3 years for adults, 1 year for dogs under 2, or current in puppy series)
leptospirosis (in past 1 year or current in puppy series)
bordetella (in past 6 months) *due to high exposure to other dogs in the day care setting, we require bordetella every 6 months instead of 12 as many routine records indicate as due dates
intestinal parasite screen (in past 6 months or in past 1 year if proof of year round heartworm prevention)
flea/tick preventative (recommended) and visually free of external parasites
influenza (recommended, annual)
cat requirements include rabies and feline distemper (in past 3 years for adults, 1 year for cats under 2, or current on kitten series)- cat services not yet available
any chronic conditions or previous injuries that may affect your pet(s) ability to participate in activities should be discussed at registration or as new information comes available
